rv-pro.com December 2017 • RV PRO • 79 Keystone Automotive Acquires Topline Systems Keystone Automotive Operations has acquired Topline Systems, a dealer and retail software development company that specializes in dealership/ shop management and point of sales products that include comprehensive sales, service and parts management modules. A purchase price was not disclosed. "Our interest in looking at software as a solution for our customers began when we tried to think of new and improved customer support strategies and ways we could help our customers grow," said Keystone Business Leader Bill Rogers. Keystone and Topline have a long history of working together, collaborating on a variety of projects, according to the companies. Keystone said it intends to infuse capital and resources into the com- pany to help it continue developing customer satisfaction solutions in the markets it serves. Dicor Names Wollschlager as President Airxcel has promoted Anthony Wollschlager to the position of division president of Dicor Corp. In his new role, he will have respon- sibility for Dicor, United Shade, Vixen Composites, Seal Design and MCD Innovations. Wollschlager joined Dicor in February 2016 as chief operating officer. He succeeds Gregg Fore, who announced his retirement effective at the end of the year. "Anthony has been a key part of the tran- sitional and transformational development of Dicor into the Airxcel family", said Jeff Rutherford, president and CEO of Airxcel. "His people-focused leadership style, stra- tegic thinking, industry expertise, and market understanding will build on the success of all Dicor Brands." Prior to joining Dicor, Wollschlager worked for WESCO, where he was director and general manager for the Manufactured Structures Group. Wollschlager Jayco Expanding Production in Idaho Jayco has decided to expand its manufacturing footprint in Twin Falls, Idaho. The expansion, initiated to improve service to dealers in the western U.S. and Canada, maximizes existing synergies built over the past 10 years at its Idaho campus. "Our executive team considered several western states when searching for the right fit for expan- sion," said Matt Thompson, Jayco COO. "We concluded that capitalizing on the benefits offered in Twin Falls outweighed benefits outside the state of Idaho."
