Welcome to 2018 as we look forward to the next chapter of the Historic SCORE World Desert Championship series.
In this issue we celebrate the historical 2017 SCORE World Desert Championship season and all those teams that persevered under the most challenging courses, along with the long awaited SCORE Baja 1000 50th Anniversary. The 50th BFGoodrich Tires SCORE Baja 1000 was truly a lifetime experience and provided many teams that last push to the top of their respective classes. While reviewing this year’s accomplishments, through the benefits of being a digital based magazine, we were able to feature the amazing 2017 Awards Ceremony that just took place at the San Diego Air & Space Museum.
We are very excited to now prepare for our second historical anniversary season with the SCORE Baja 500 now in the spotlight, celebrating the 50th Anniversary race this June. Look for all the “Road to the 50th SCORE Baja 500” special editorial we have planned in the all the issues leading up the June race. We will once again be bringing the spotlight attention to the great teams and people that made this infamous race make it to this landmark anniversary.
