Hyland has more than 20 years of experience in commercial financial lending, where he has held executive roles in both sales and marketing. TREY MILLER is the director of marketing, Americas, for Dometic, a major supplier to the RV and marine markets. He is a former board member for the RV Aftermarket Association (RVAA). JOHN SPAULDING is the director of communications for NTP-STAG, the largest national distributor of RV parts and accessories in North America. Spaulding has more than 18 years of experience in the RV and automotive markets, including management positions with trade publications, manufacturers and distributors. JOSEPHINE JOHNSON is the vice president of MBA Insurance in Scottsdale, Ariz. She developed MBA's motorcycle rental program and oversees the company's RV rental program. Johnson has more than 21 years of experience in the insurance industry, the past 15 with MBA Insurance. BOB BRAMMER JR. is the president of Stromberg Carlson Products, a diversified manufacturer and supplier of RV aftermarket accessories based in Traverse City, Mich. He has served as president of the Michigan RV and Campground Association, on the executive board of the RV Aftermarket Association, and the RV Industry Association Trade Show and Events Committee during his career. Editorial Advisory Board The individuals below represent the 2018 Editorial Advisory Board for RV PRO magazine. Representing various segments of the RV industry, these members bring a tremendous depth of experience to the magazine. Northwood Promotes Orton to President Northwood Investments, parent company to Northwood Manufacturing and Outdoors RV Manufacturing, based out of La Grande, Ore., has promoted Craig Orton to president and CEO. Outgoing President and CEO Jim Jones took a brief sabbatical in late October and had been talking for sev- eral months about spending more time with his family. O r t o n h a s b e e n a l o n g - t i m e employee at Northwood, where he has served as chief financial officer for more than 10 successful years. Prior to his stint at Northwood, Orton served as a group controller for Jeld-Wen, where he oversaw five international and nine domestic entities. "Given Craig's familiarity with both companies along with his well-estab- lished relationships with our current staff, this will be a truly seamless transi- tion," said Northwood Chief Operations Officer Ward King. News of Note ASA Hires Garvey as RV OEM Account Manager ASA Electronics has hired Christina Garvey as its RV OEM account man- ager. In her new role, Garvey will be working with RV OEMs in Indiana and Ohio, keeping her closer to her family and her home in Elkhart. In her pre- vious work in pharmaceutical s a l e s , G a r v e y has honed her skills building lasting relationships with her cus- tomers across the Midwest and intends to put that same ability to work at ASA Electronics.
