PRODUCTS Heavy-duty lift Stertil-Koni's heavy-duty Diamond Lift is a high-pressure telescopic piston lift available in either a two- or three-piston configuration with a total lifting capacity of 64,000 pounds and 96,000 pounds, respec- tively. The telescopic piston rods are designed to protect seals from potential damage from debris and are hard chrome-plated for added protection against corrosion and wear. The lift utilizes biodegradable oil, and the upper portion of the steel containment is hot-galvanized, which provides corrosion resistance at floor level and helps facilitate proper interlock with the founda- tion. The containments are coated internally and externally with Dia- mondGuard, which not only helps safeguard against corrosion and electrolysis but also helps prevent hazardous shop fluids from enter- ing the environment. The lift can be lowered into a mechanically locked situation with- out placing undesired pressures on the piston seals; the locking system utilizes a hardened nitro-carburized locking rod to help provide added corrosion and wear resistance, while the gravity-engaged locking assembly is built for easy service and can be accessed from floor level. The moveable lifting unit and aluminium trench covering system travel on ultra-high molecular- weight polyethylene slides atop a stainless-steel guide. The lift's intuitive controls include ultrasonic sensors designed to provide real- time synchronization, and all power units and control components are located in an above-ground console for easier troubleshooting and maintenance.
