Stay Metrics administers seven-day orientation, 45-day onboarding and exit surveys on behalf of Schneider. The Green Bay, Wis.-based carrier uses these driver surveys to gain insights on early job expectations, experi- ences and job satisfaction. • TCG, a provider of cost and profitability management systems for truckload and less-than-truckload fleets, announced that Thomasville, N.C.-based LTL company Old Dominion Freight Line (CCJ Top 250, No. 10) selected its Truckload Cost Information System for its container drayage operations to maximize the division's operating ratio. ODFL offers container drayage and truck- load brokerage services through strategic partnerships. TCG also announced that Chat- tanooga, Tenn.-based Xpress Global Systems is implementing its LTL Cost Information System. Xpress Global, a floor coverings logistics provider, will use LTL/CIS to analyze terminals, accounts, loads and lanes from yield and profitability standpoints. • Lytx announced that Roanoke, Va.-based Fleetmaster Express adopted its DriveCam technology that combines video capture of road incidents such as hard braking or swerv- ing, data analysis and personalized coaching insights. Fleetmaster is using DriveCam's ER- SV2 event recorder that provides flexibility for additional functionality and services, including fleet tracking and connectivity to third-party products, to improve driving behavior across its 300-truck fleet. • SmartDrive Systems announced that Alabama Motor Express, a full-service trans- portation logistics company, adopted its vid- eo-based safety program and transportation intelligence platform. Alabama Motor Express will install the SmartDrive program across its entire fleet of 221 tractors to help protect and coach drivers. • 3Gtms Inc., a provider of transportation man- agement software, announced that Crowley Logistics Inc., a subsidiary of Crowley Maritime Corp., will use its 3G-TM TMS for its Defense Freight Transportation Service contract with the U.S. Department of Defense to support DOD's surface transportation activities – including less-than-truckload, full truckload, expedited and refrigerated services – at vendor facilities and military installations throughout the continental United States and Canada. Air-Weigh's onboard scales are designed for intuitive operation and control and feature a patented dual-point calibration system. e arm-mounted deflec- tion sensors are built to compensate for temperature changes and will have full integration capabilities with 3rd Eye's Hurricane Gateway onboard computer. "We see Air-Weigh BinMaxx being a value-added component to enhance our data-stream offering to fleet owners that want to leapfrog over competitors that don't embrace connected trucks," said Darrick Reed, 3rd Eye president. – Aaron Huff TivaCloud adds compliance outsourcing service T ivaCloud announced a service designed for motor carriers need- ing more hands-on support and guid- ance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration compliance. TivaCloud Elite is designed to provide another layer of protection for companies that lack the time or personnel to stay on top of their regulatory requirements. For fleets that elect to use TivaCloud Elite, the company will provide an initial audit, driver qualification file repairs, drug testing management and various other compliance assistance services. TivaCloud Elite customers will have full access to the company's soware platform to provide a high degree of visibility over their U.S. Department of Transportation compliance programs while not having to manage everything directly.
