The new management has
been given the advantage of
inheriting programs already well recognized in the community,
the most notable being the Total Soccer Experience camp.
"This camp draws so many returning campers and really does
give kids 'the total soccer experience,' including a World Cup
style tournament."
To the delight of surrounding areas, new ownership decided to
continue the camp, with hopes of expanding. The Ultimate Goal
is also the home of The Arsenal Academy, a soccer club that has
introduced local youth to the sport and given them a platform
to showcase their skills.
A big point of emphasis by new owners has been the
addition of new programs. "As of this year The Ultimate
Goal is home to The Platform, Central New York's premier
lacrosse training school," says Trish. CNY is a hotbed of
lacrosse – Collin and Dylan both played the sport at an area
high school and at Syracuse University – and is known for producing
elite lacrosse players. The Platform quickly became an elite option
for athletes to develop their skills and reach their potential.
"The Ultimate Goal also offers a variety of fitness opportunities,"
says Trish. "We have a very popular and successful in-house high-
intensity interval training boot camp, and we have yoga classes for
individuals and teams." New ownership has remained innovative in
their additions by providing opportunities for customers of all ages
and body types.
And their vision does not stop there. "We are looking forward
to adding spin classes this spring. We have upgraded in both
the software we use and our website." The changes have been
noticeable and have the community excited.
