Examples include rubber, foam, or synthetic goods. They're also suitable for when residue is stick- ing to the needle surface or the eye. Cool-Sew needles feature a non-stick surface on the needle and inside the eye. Cool-Sew needles work for sewing on vinyl, glued materials, foam, nylon, or anything made of synthetics, says the company. Each box comes packed with 100 needles. Information is tracked in the web-based portal and can be accessed from the controller, computer, or mobile phone. Reports can be run to streamline operations. Enhancements include a larger, sharper LCD screen with a wider viewing angle, improved self-diagnostics, pop-out controller replacement, and SD data card/cloud backup. Ac- tive and idle time, application error, number of hits, and print pressure can be generated for single or multiple days. The film offers a textured, chrome-like surface that produces a shiny metallic finish. It also features a pressure-sensitive sticky carrier sheet, which allows for easy repositioning. It's available in silver, gold, and light gold. This material is pressed at 310–330 degrees F using a firm and even pressure for 10–15 seconds. It peels cold and needs to be covered with Teflon and repressed for five seconds at the same temperature and pressure. The company recommends the film for cotton, uncoated polyester, fabric blends, and wool garments. Visit: www.heattransferwarehouse.com | Call: 701-356-3160
