As we grew, it was a natural fit to expand our manufacturing to include products for RVs. There are many similarities between the two sectors – they both require specialist engineering and design for mobile applications. We partnered with Lippert, a well-known distributor with strong RV relationships, which proved to be key in achieving our growth goals. They're a great partner that shares our vision. In the past year, we have more than doubled our products, allowing customers to enjoy luxury while on the road. The vision is the same now as it was back then. We started Furrion with the mission to make the future perfect. Simply put, to reinvent luxury living for a new generation, helping our customers escape the constraints of everyday life and live a future of limitless possibilities. Of course, we recognize that creating perfec- tion is not easy, but that doesn't mean we will stop trying. RVIA was my first industry show. It was exciting to see all the exhibits and I saw a whole new world of opportunity and a lot of gaps in the market for innovation. It was great to meet with dealers and our partners and then turn those ideas into action. When we founded Furrion, it was the realiza- tion of what we wanted to do and putting that mission into action. It is hard work, but beyond rewarding to see what we have built and how far we have come in a short time. One thing I am exceptionally proud of is our team that has been pivotal in ensuring Furrion achieved its growth targets. We have grown 150 percent year-on-year and we continue to reinvest into our people, R&D and community to maintain that momentum. We are expanding into new markets with an aggressive pipeline. We look forward to revealing to the market numerous new product launches and the evo- lution of products in our existing lineup. Interacting with nature is a huge part of RV and marine travel, and we value the beauty and balance of the natural world as much as much as our customers. That's why we're committed to working toward a sustainable future and partnering with other organizations with a similar sense of social responsibility. We partner with the nonprofit organization Trees for the Future, and we have planted more 100,000 trees in 400 forests across developing countries around the world. Each tree represents a donation from Furrion products sold to the specialty vehicle industry and we are planting more and more trees every year. The biggest change I have noticed is the acceptance of the need for newer and more advanced technology. The market is changing, and we are seeing more Millennials coming into the RV space and they want smart solutions and energy-efficient products. It's been great to see the demand for high-quality products and for products that promote safety on the road. I love to travel and explore new places. I am constantly amazed by what we can learn from other people we encounter when we travel and from other cultures around the world. Aaron Fidler, Co-Founder and CEO, Furrion
