With my extensive background in sales and sales management, Progressive brought me onboard. My goals were pretty straightforward: Increase customer awareness of Progressive Dynamics and its products; increase sales and market share; expand the product offering and learn everything I could about RV and its customers. My first show experience was the RVIA Show 2008 in Louisville, Ky. It was my first chance to meet knowledgeable people in the RV industry from OEMs, other suppliers, dealers and RV advertising companies. The turning point in my career was many years before RV. I was for- tunate to be mentored by outstanding salespeople. It was then that I knew that sales is what I was meant to do. I enjoy people and their ideas. To this day, I'm happiest when I'm working face-to-face with customers. There are a number of accomplishments I'm proud of: marrying my wife and raising five wonderful children and helping raise 12 grandchil- dren; doubling and tripling sales for the companies I have worked for; owning companies of my own with great success and helping friends and employees accomplish their goals.
