Marc Yvan Loiselle, National Sales Director, RV and Trailer Parts Division, Enterprise Robert Thibert I came into the RV industry by accident in 1992, when I was looking for a job and Coast Distribution was looking for warehouse staff. I was searching (without truly believing it) for a steady, full-time job which could become a career with advancement opportunities. It was my first steady job for which I was committed. RV has been a major part of my life ever since! My first big involvement came at the Coast purchasing show in Las Vegas at the MGM Hotel. The show was the size of a football field: I was amazed by the number of customers and vendors. For the first time, I was fully involved. I was running a booth and my boss had given me responsibility, trust and the authority to make deals happen. Going to that first show was a mind opener and, soon after, I was promoted to team leader for the Montreal order desk and member of the transition committee for the implementation of a new ERP. Since then, thanks to the presence of role models who were there to help me without judging, I have not stopped climbing the ladder. A few years later, the Danzy Distributor Quebec division was dying until Michel Laroque and I came along. With little resources, a common objective, and lots of heart, we managed rather quickly to make this division profitable and increase sales by nearly 10 times what they were. In recent years, I have been proud to make my return to distribution at Enterprise Robert Thibert, a family company that deeply cares for its customers and that is in constant growth.
