"We're constantly working on things here to push the envelope and add something new to our customers – both the OEMs and their end customers," he says. Service from the Ground Up An additional contributing factor to Spartan's measure of suc- cess is the satisfaction of its end users. "We're at the ground level when it comes to design and inte- gration of our chassis into new models, but we're also actively engaged in service and support after the sale," Guillaume says. "We have roughly 290 service centers across the U.S. and Canada, and approximately 40 of them are new motorhome dealers." That means those dealers have been certified by the company to service Spartan chassis, making them much more of a one-stop shop for their customers. "It's a nice advantage for us, and dealers like to be able to ser- vice their customers on everything," he says. "That way, they can keep them close and it helps with the buying cycle."
