Qnections 25 Las Vegas: Strengthen the Core, Accelerate Performance
Nearly 800 attendees from across North America’s upstream and midstream energy industry gathered once again at the MGM Grand this April for Quorum Software’s Qnections 25 conference. With more than 50 customer speakers, 20 sponsors, 50+ breakout sessions, and 8 industry tracks, the event delivered on its promise: strengthen the core, accelerate performance.
Vision from the Top: Navigating Disruption with Confidence
Kicking off the event, Paul Langenbahn, CEO of Quorum Software, opened the week with a keynote about facing disruption head-on. He spoke about the shifts happening across the energy industry and how Quorum’s digital platform is designed to help customers grow through it. Change isn’t new to this sector — but the pace and pressure are. As the industry continues to evolve, Quorum’s vision to “transform the business of energy through technology” has never been more relevant.
Next, Radhika Krishnan, Quorum’s EVP and Chief Product and Technology Officer, took a focused look at how the company is advancing its digital core. delivering sharper insights, better automation, and the flexibility companies need to adjust quickly. The next phase of the Quorum Energy Suite is built to scale not just in theory, but in real terms, with real customers.
After the executive team, a panel of technology leaders from Harvest Midstream, Encino Energy, and Microsoft took the stage. They talked about how AI and cloud technology are already changing the way work gets done and why these tools matter not just for efficiency, but for preparing the industry for what’s next.
AI, On-Demand Innovation, and What’s Next
A highlight of the week was the latest AI innovation with On Demand Land. With the new QAI gen AI assistant and more AI functionality built together with Microsoft, On Demand Land now offers in-app support that answers product questions, explains complex workflows, performs simple tasks like calculations, and even logs support tickets—all without leaving the application. Attendees had the chance to explore hands on in the Tech Expo.
zdSCADA
Another standout was the live debut of zdSCADA, the newest cloud-native SCADA system in the Quorum Energy Suite. Designed for both upstream and midstream teams, it brings all field data into a single, realtime dashboard—so operators can keep an eye on operations, respond to issues faster, and maintain steady performance. zdSCADA is a clear example of Quorum’s focus on building practical, easytouse solutions that support everyday energy workflows.
Breakouts, Expert Panels, and a Milestone Celebration
