Taking place during a day of osite meetings, 257 sta members in teams worked together to make a giant charm bracelet. Venue: Hilton Shenzhen Futian Programme: Team Building Asia had hand produced a giant chain ahead of the day, and teams competed against each other, rst to earn their charm and the materials with which to decorate it, then to design the most eye-catching decorations. Talking Point: The highlight was the grand reveal at the end of the day when the Pandora Big Bracelet was displayed. Incorporating all their charms, it was a tangible and beautiful example of team building in action. The company brought 900 delegates from Israel to Macau. Venue: Poolside cocktail reception at the Four Seasons Hotel Macao, Cotai Strip; Moulin Rouge-themed gala dinner at The Parisian Macao's 3,400sqm ballroom. Programme: Airstar balloons welcomed delegates to the cocktail reception, where the pool was decorated with LED owers. At the gala dinner, with the tagline 'A Night to Remember', alongside the stage, LED wall and dance oor setup, Smallworld Experiences organised the sound, light, backdrops and red decorations, as well as the photography. Talking Point: The main highlight of the evening was the pop-rock band that the organiser brought in from Israel, as well as the make-up station.
