Its floor-to-ceiling glass wall, copper-topped bar, and custom-built raw bar make its interior something singular. The regionally harvested oysters and seafood classics earn its reputation for excellence. From its funky maritime interior to the creative presentation of its seafood, the place is all about the fresh catch and the parapher- nalia used to capture it (even the dinner rolls are served in tin buckets, furthering the extreme theme). Fried calamari, Chatham oysters, bayou catfish, and grilled Gulf shrimp—these are just a few good reasons to live and dine on the North Shore. Oh, and there is regular live music, a bevvy of craft cocktails, and special themed dinners. Thanks to the vision of "Chubby" and Bessie Woodman, the North Shore is home to the first and best fried clams in the world!
