Quality Measures 18.3 June 2018 User Guide v1.4 4-3 Commercial Module: Measures | Measures Page: Rich View Measures Page: Rich View The Measures page displays by default in Rich View, which presents data in graphical format. You can also view data in a table, with Grid View. For more information, see "Rich View and Grid View" on page 1-8. In Rich View, you can see at a glance which measures are below threshold. In the following example, you can see that measures with bars appearing in red have not exceeded the black vertical line that represents the threshold for those measures (in these cases, 75%). The measures visible in this portion of the page that are above threshold are represented by a blue bar. (Thresholds are specific to each client and can be adjusted for each measure as performance improves.) The underlined numbers in blue on the right side of each measure's representative bar are denominators, indicating the total number of patients in the measure. Click this number to be taken to the Patients page. For more information, see Chapter 6, Commercial Module: Patients. Expanding Measure Information You can expand a measure to view further information and greater detail. To expand measure information Click the arrow to the left of the measure's name. The entry expands to present more information and further options for exploring the data. The underlined numbers displaying in blue represent patient populations. Click Performance Met to be taken to the list of patients for whom performance for that measure has been met, and click Performance Not Met to be taken to the list of patients for whom performance for that measure has not been met. Utilize this list to close care gaps, such as by contacting the affected patients to schedule appointments. Click Denominator to be taken to the complete list of patients in the measure. For information on using the Patients page, see Chapter 6, Commercial Module: Patients.
