Quality Measures 18.3 June 2018 User Guide v1.4 6-5 Commercial Module: Patients | Filtering Patient Lists Filtering Patient Lists You can filter the patient list to examine data on individual plans, under particular providers, by measure, and by whether measures have not been met. To filter by plan Click All Plans, and then select the desired plan from the drop-down list. To filter by provider Click All Providers, and then select the provider whose information you wish to view from the drop-down list. Note: The Provider filter will not be available at the NPI user level. To filter by roster status Click Any Roster Status, and then select the roster status for the patients you wish to view. To filter by patients Click All Patients, and then select the measure you wish to view from the drop-down list. (All Patients with Care Gaps Only displays only those patients with open care gaps.) To filter by care gap status Once you have selected an option from the drop-down list to the left, this filter option becomes available. The data on the page refreshes to show data within the parameters of the filter(s). For example, you could select a particular care gap (such as Breast Cancer Screening), then select Care Gap Not Met, then select a particular provider, and then export the patient list to an Excel file so that you can contact these patients and schedule appointments for screenings.
