Key Metrics Quality Measures 18.3 helps providers track two key metrics related to patient outcomes: Quality Measure Performance: Measure Met: A subset of the Total Number of Quality Care Measures where the performance percentage is equal to or greater than the designated performance percentage threshold. Measure Not Met: A subset of the Total Number of Quality Care Measures where the performance percentage is less than the designated performance percentage threshold. Reporting Rate (also called Data Completeness Rate): (Met + Not Met + Excluded) ÷ Total Number of Eligible Patients x 100 = Reporting Rate (in percentage).
