Quality Measures 18.3 Basics | User Roles June 2018 Quality Measures 18.3 1-2 User Guide v1.4 User Roles The information you are able to see and the actions you are able to take are dependent on the role you are assigned as a user. The possible available user roles are as follows: MIPS Submission Administrator (only available for the Medicare module): This role has network user permis- sions, and can use the MIPS submission workflow features to prepare and submit end-of-reporting-period results. Network Level: This user has access to all provider groups at the TIN level. This role can drill down to every pro- vider (NPI level) across all TINs and view each provider's patient-level data. TIN Level: Tax Identification Number level. This user has access to all provider data who bill under a single TIN. This role can drill down to every provider (NPI level) within that TIN and view each provider's patient-level data. NPI Level: National Provider Identifier level. This user has access to data for a single provider at the NPI level and can view only that NPI's patient-level data.
