Some measures require the patient numerator and denominator figures; others are yes/no, and are confirmed in check boxes on the Advancing Care Selection pages. To enter Advancing Care Information Objectives and Measures 1. Select the appropriate entry category, and then enter the date range. 2. Click Next Step. Print a report from your EHR to assist in entering the information required in this section.
