Honoring excellence
The fourth edition of Travel Weekly Asia 2018 Readers' Choice Awards saluted
brilliance across the industry with 56 awards handed out to travel organisations.
More than 100 hospitality leaders attended the awards ceremony held at
Mandarin Orchard Singapore on Monday, October 15. Attendees enjoyed a
sumptuous feast served up by two-Michelin-starred Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro.
The awards recognised travel organisations in 10 categories: Airline, Cruise,
Car Rental, Destination, Hotel, Resort, Serviced Residence, Travel Agent, Travel
Technology and Tourism Experience. New awards introduced this year include
Best Design Hotel – Asia Pacific, Best Cruise Line – River Cruise and Best MICE
Destination – Asia Pacific.
