There are so many new talents coming to the scene this year, but we've cut them down to a top 5 to watch out for.
Kimberley Anne is our first top newcomer to watch. A name that is sure to gain more recognition this year. This girl
is armed with a simple guitar and lyrics that come straight from the heart and soul. Beginning her journey at the
BRIT School and describing this part of her journey as "Ultimately surreal but quite a daunting place for someone
still figuring out what they're about".
ALUNA
GEORGE
You may have already heard of
this electronic music duo who are
quickly becoming known for their
distinctively melodic and vocal
records. The duo consists of Aluna
Francis (vocals) and George Reid
(Production). The pair first met in
June 2009 when George remixed
one of Francis' band My Toy's Like
Me track called "Sweetheart".
GABRIELLE
APLIN
Gabrielle Aplin, is a singersongwriter from Sutton Benger,
Wiltshire who has been gaining
popularity on Youtube for her
acoustic covers of songs by bands
such as "Paramore". After gaining
great exposure for her cover of
Frankie Goes to Hollywood's "The
Power of Love", at the end of 2012,
we predict big things for Gabrielle
this year.

BOYS
Ever heard of the Bakery Boys? You
will. They are a trio of collective
minds working on a mixture of
art, music and fashion projects.
Their motto in life is to "Be the
best in life that you can be" and
clearly they hold this motto dear
to their hearts because they are
quickly becoming known for their
undeniable talent.
LAURA
MVULA
With a voice that will give you
goosebumps, Laura Mvula is destined
for great things. Real name: Nee'
Douglas, Mvula is a musician who is
quite clearly, very clear on who she is
and what she sounds like. She knows
where she's going, what she wants
and how she's going to achieve it.
