JANUARY 2019 THE WOLVERINE 63   MICHIGAN IN THE PROS • Leon Hall (2003-06), CB, Oakland Raiders: His season came to an end Nov. 30 when the 3-10 Raiders put him on the injured reserve list with a back injury … Made 10 appearances (four starts), while notching 25 tackles and three passes defended. • Chad Henne (2004-07), QB, Kan- sas City Chiefs: Has not seen action in 2018, serving as Pat Mahomes' backup for the 11-2 Chiefs. • Willie Henry (2012-15), DT, Balti- more Ravens: Was placed on the 7-6 Ravens' injured reserve list Oct. 23 with a herniated disk, and won't be eligible to make a potential return until the fi- nal two weeks of the regular season … Only played in three games this year (no starts), tallying three tackles and one sack. • Delano Hill (2013-16), S, Seattle Seahawks: Has seen action in nine games (missed three with injury) for the 8-5 Seahawks … Compiled 15 tackles. • Khalid Hill (2013-17), FB, Seattle Seahawks: Was placed on the 8-5 Se- ahawks' injured reserve list and has not played in 2018. • Mo Hurst (2013-17), DT, Oakland Raiders: Received the starting nod in 10 of 12 games this season (missed one with an ankle injury) for 3-10 Oakland … Notched 28 tackles, four sacks, three passes defended and a forced fumble. • Kyle Kalis (2012-16), OG, Cleveland Browns: Promoted to the 5-7-1 Browns' active roster Dec. 1, and has received playing time in the two contests since. • Joe Kerridge (2011-15), FB, Free Agent: Released from the 5-7-1 Packers' 10-man practice squad Oct. 30, and is now a free agent. • Taylor Lewan (2009-13), OT, Ten- nessee Titans: Started 12 games at left tackle for the 7-6 Titans (missed one con- test with a concussion in September). • Jourdan Lewis (2010-13), CB, Dal- las Cowboys: Made 12 appearances (no starts) for the 8-5 Cowboys … Compiled five tackles, one pass defended, two fumble recoveries, a kickoff return for 19 yards, an interception and two rush- ing attempts that have totaled 12 yards. • Erik Magnuson (2012-16), OL, San Francisco 49ers: Has only seen action in four contests in 2018, with his lone start coming at center in a loss at Ari- zona Oct. 28. • Patrick Omameh (2008-12), OG, Jacksonville Jaguars: Released by the 5-8 New York Giants Nov. 10 after start- ing the first six games for them, but was then signed by 4-9 Jacksonville Nov. 13 and has started two of the four outings he has appeared in with them at left guard. • Jabrill Peppers (2014-16), S, Cleve- land Browns: Earned the starting job at safety in all 13 of Cleveland's games … Recorded 62 tackles, four passes de- fended and a fumble recovery … On special teams, has averaged 9.4 yards on 21 punt returns and 21.3 yards on 16 kicks brought back. • Jake Rudock (2015), QB, Detroit Lions: Has found a home on the 5-8 Li- ons' practice squad, but has not played in 2018. • Jake Ryan (2010-14), LB, Green Bay Packers: Sidelined for the season after tearing his ACL Aug. 1 … Was placed on 5-7-1 Green Bay's injured reserve during preseason camp. • Michael Schofield (2009-13), OG, Los Angeles Chargers: Earned the starting nod at right guard in each of the 10-3 Chargers' first 13 games. • Dymonte Thomas (2013-16), S, Denver Broncos: Has received playing time in nine of 6-7 Denver's contests (missed four with injury) … Notched eight tackles and one sack. • Matt Wile (2011-14), P, Minnesota Vi- kings: Averaged 44.7 yards on 53 punts, while dropping 23 inside opponents' 20- yard line for 6-6-1 Minnesota … Tied for the 20th in the NFL in punting average. • Jarrod Wilson (2012-15), S, Jack- sonville Jaguars: Played in all 13 games (no starts) for the 4-9 Jaguars … Posted seven tackles and a forced fumble. • Chris Wormley (2012-16), DL, Bal- timore Ravens: Started six of the 13 outings he has participated in for the 7-6 Ravens … Compiled 13 tackles, one sack, and five passes defended. The NBA CARIS LEVERT NEARING RETURN FROM KNEE INJURY Brooklyn Nets guard Caris LeVert went down with what appeared to be a severe knee injury Nov. 13, but for- tunately he did not wind up needing surgery. Nets head coach Kenny Atkinson revealed Dec. 8 that the third-year pro could actually be nearing a return. "I know he's in the gym shooting," the Brooklyn head man revealed. "That's about as much as I can say. Caris is progressing, is on schedule and we're looking forward to having him back." FORMER WOLVERINES ON NBA ROSTERS Through Dec. 10 • Trey Burke (Played at U-M from 2011-13), PG, New York Knicks: Started five of the 21 games he has competed in for the 8-20 Knicks … Av- eraging 20.7 minutes, 12.0 points, 3.0 assists per and 2.1 rebounds contest. • Jamal Crawford (1999-2000), SF, Phoenix Suns: Played in 24 games (no starts) for the 4-23 Suns … Averaging Moritz Wagner • NBA A knee contusion kept the Los Angeles Lakers forward out for 18 of the team's first 19 games, and it took him until Dec. 2 to score the first points of his professional career. Wagner actually poured in 10 points in a 120-96 win over Phoenix, with several players on the Lakers' bench literally jumping for joy when he notched his first career tally from the free throw line. Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman • NBA G-League He recorded a season-high 15 points on 5-of-11 shooting in the Can- ton Charge's (G-League affiliate of the Cleveland Cavaliers) Dec. 1 loss to the Delaware Blue Coats. Prior to the game, Abdur-Rahkman had scored more than eight points just once in nine contests this season. Ryan LaMarre • MLB On Nov. 19, he signed a minor league deal with the Atlanta Braves after spending the 2018 campaign with the Minnesota Twins and Chicago White Sox. The 30-year-old outfielder will "head to camp and look to crack the roster as a reserve option," according to Steve Adams of MLBTradeRumors.com.
