DEBORAH LUCCI: I really enjoy watching people get to the other side. Many times sellers or buyers start out the process feeling unsure or stressed. My job is to take all that pressure away and guide them through the transaction so they look back with a positive feeling! WHAT IS YOUR GREATEST ASSET? Experience. I have seen almost everything imaginable in this industry over the past 20 years; thus I'm able to handle whatever comes along. I also have a very strong work ethic, which goes a long way in this business. TELL US ABOUT YOUR TEAM. They each bring a different skill set to the table, and it's like a big puzzle that is expertly put together, with each member being a piece of that puzzle. I love the diversity in age and experience within our team. It really serves the team and our customers well. WHAT INSPIRES YOU THE MOST? Watching my team members succeed and our customers not only happy, but genuinely thrilled with their experience with us. I also enjoy being in the forefront of new innovations within Real estate. IF YOU COULD USE ONE WORD/PHRASE TO DESCRIBE YOURSELF, WHAT WOULD THAT BE? Driven. I've always been competitive and very driven in everything I do. Success doesn't come from what you do occasionally, it comes from what you do consistently. WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT? My children. I have two grown children whom I'm immensely proud of. DESCRIBE A PERFECT DAY SPENT IN ANDOVER. There is no [one] perfect day. Each brings its own unique happenings. I might intend to stop in and buy some flowers but instead find myself bumping into a customer and grabbing coffee. That being said, I do love the unique shops and restaurants here. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE HOUSE STYLE? I wouldn't say it is so much a particular style that I love, but I love a home with abundant charm. It's the charm that gets me. IF YOU COULD LIVE ANYWHERE, WHERE WOULD THAT BE? I'm happy right where I am! We recently had a conversation with Deborah Lucci, the leader of the Deborah Lucci Team for William Raveis Real Estate, about her business, the town of Andover, and life in general. Here's what she had to say.
