Determine the two best performing social media channels for your company. Then: • Find 3-4 companies who are doing a very good job on these channels for TA. • List out the type of content they use and compare how each type performs. • Pick two types of content that work well that you could produce. • NB: you may need to use different social media for different job types e.g. high volume vs. head office vs. technical/IT. Make a list of the different ways to connect that you could offer candidates: • Easy to find social media connections. • Talent pool registration. • Careers newsletter. • Blog posts. • Job alerts to chosen channel e.g. email, text, Whatsapp etc. • Chat: real person or a ChatBot! • Events: online and offline.
