The veteran spent 2016 as a backup for the Washington Redskins, but a starting gig opened up in Los Angeles, and new head coach Sean McVay was Sullivan's offensive coordinator for his one season in the nation's capital. Two years later, Sullivan helped transform the Rams' offense into one of the league's best on the way to a Super Bowl appearance this season against the New England Patriots.
