"It's a great feeling for these ladies," head coach Braden Holloway told Swim‑ Swam.com following the meet. "Some of them were here two years ago and they remembered what it was like, and they wanted to try to get that feeling again. Some of them are brand new." NC State won 11 events at the meet, breaking the previous school record of 10 when the Pack won the conference title in 1980. Overall, this is the women's fourth league title in program history. "I think this year, in looking across the board, we scored a lot of points throughout the whole meet," Holloway said. "We had a few obviously big events, but we scored in all the events across the board a good amount compared to other years and maybe the other year that we won it." The biggest event for the Pack was the 400 individual medley, which NC State swept the top four positions in the A finals. Sophomore Kate Moore won the race fol‑ lowed by junior Makayla Sargent, fresh‑ man Emma Muzzy and sophomore Julia Poole.
