Two defensive linemen also entered the transfer portal in Davontae McCrae and Joe Babros. Both of them redshirted last year af- ter being signed in the 2018 recruiting class. McCrae was a three-star prospect from Mi- ami Northwestern High, while Babros was a three-star from Saddleback Community College in Mission Viejo, Calif. NC State also shuffled around its sec- ondary ahead of the spring, moving several sophomores to new spots. Tanner Ingle (formerly nickel) and De'Von Graves (formerly corner) have both switched to safety. Tyler Baker-Williams has gone from safety to nickel.
