teammates to handle the "whoops" sections of
Baja and land safely after catching air on high-
speed portions of the course.
Controlling this 5,100 lbs. vehicle is
dependent on Patton honing his skills and
operating the Howe rack and pinion steering
system and applying the four-wheel disc
brakes with Jamar Trophy Truck calipers when
necessary. On the team's first race at the 2019
SCORE San Felipe 250, they finished the race in
20th place, then moved up to finishing in 11th
place at the SCORE Baja 500.
