As artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities become a table stakes aspect of many talent management vendors, customers are looking to see who will take it to the next level- whether that be by forging new AI capabilities or implementing components of AI into existing processes. Vendors have also taken to integrating or partnering with other providers and leveraging their capabilities, as customers' desire to pick and choose what they see as the "best" parts of different software solutions has begun to impact these strategic business moves.
