4. Get buy-in.
Start out slow and get everyone on board. Test out your new process on a small
project and see where you could improve. Start rolling out new digital processes
one at a time and have a roadmap of when, why, and how you are going to go fully
digital. There will naturally be resistance to change–until you have proved results to
show.
5. Continuous improvement.
Lead the way and keep making improvements to your new digital processes. As with
any new process, test new technology, gather feedback from employees, and adjust
as necessary. Gathering feedback will let your team know you care about their
workflow and learning curve.
