PHASE 1: ASSESS CURRENT PLAN AND INFRASTRUCTURE Navisite begins with an in-depth evaluation of your current business continuity plan and inf rastructure to determine the right disaster recovery strategy for your business. Our disaster recovery experts work with you to understand your business requirements and processes, RPO and RTO objectives and inf rastructure to tailor a disaster recovery solution that meets your needs. In this phase, Navisite will: • Review existing business continuity and disaster recovery plan and business plan analysis • Review existing inf rastructure • Provide a detailed application process and dependency review • Identify and document all RPOs and RTOs by application • Perform a GAP analysis • Perform a financial impact analysis PHASE 2: DESIGN OF BCDR ENVIRONMENT AND PROCESSES Navisite's disaster recovery specialists evaluate the information gathered in phase one to design your business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) environment and strategy. A customized disaster recovery plan is documented and provided to your organization for approval. Once approved, our DR team builds the DRaaS architecture according to the agreed-upon specifications. In this phase, Navisite will: • Identify the processes and technologies required to close the gaps and meet Service Level Requirements (SLAs) f rom Phase 1 • Provide a design document to include: − Identification and documentation of all RPOs and RTOs by application − Bill of materials − Identification of new components vs. existing components with costs − Roadmap to implement new technologies and processes − Architecture diagram − Detailed application list recovery sequencing and SLAs − Recovery methodology for each scenario and test plan − Policies, procedures and escalations to declare a disaster PHASE 3: PROVIDE DISASTER RECOVERY MANAGED SERVICES Unlike traditional DR solutions, our partnership doesn't end once implementation is complete.
