She has a Bachelors Degree in Sports Man- agement and Exercise Science, multiple certifications, and has been competing in bodybuilding and figure competitions since 1999. After many years of working in the industry, Jena decided she needed to reach more individuals and develop a team of professionals that are truly passionate about helping others, so in 2013 Best You was born. Jena truly enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals, she believes through motivation and dedication you really can have the body you have always wanted, you just have to be willing to work for it. Jena is also a very strong believer in the importance of proper nutrition. She has many years of experience in nutritional counseling and she has guided many individuals to suc- cess, ranging from mothers with post-ba- by weight, to figure competitors winning competitions. She is known to give a out a dose of "tough love", every now and then, but only because she knows in the end, her clients will be happy she did. Best You isn't just a name. When I opened my training business in 2013, it was a mindset. I want to help my clients become their best selves. The best way for me to do that is to offer my knowledge, experience, and motivation directly to those who want to push harder and get results. Best You is a place where my team and I can use our passion for fitness to bring the best out of people and be a positive part of their lives. We've created a space where we can work, laugh, and achieve all our fitness goals together. Best You is a personal training studio, offering one on one training, group training and nutritional guidance. Best You is a results driven atmosphere with experienced trainers, expert programming, and limited group sizes, offering customized workouts. We offer strength training, functional and mobility training, conditioning and boxing classes. Our goal is for you to reach yours!
