In addition, CIT's must also renew Check-in Online CIT Class of 2015 — It's Time to Recertify! Our online webinars allow members to connect during COVID-19 pandemic The United States Ice Rink Association now offers weekly online webinars for all members. These one-hour sessions al- low members to interact with other U.S. Ice Rink Association members, staff, instructors and special guests during Q&A sessions held on Wednesdays, and virtual Round Table sessions on Thursdays. New online courses offer opportunities for professional development from the comfort of home In addition to the weekly webinars, the U.S. Ice Rink Association offered its first-ever online Operations & Risk Management (ORM) course. The class began on April 21 and met for two hours every Tuesday and Thursday for four weeks. Due to the ORM course popularity we have decided to now offer our Human Resource Management (HRM) course online as well to give members another professional development opportunity without the need to travel. The online HRM course began on May 19 and meets for two hours every Tuesday and Thursday for four weeks. their membership each year with the United States Ice Rink Association to maintain their CIT designation. Currently there is only one way for individuals to recertify their CIT designation in 2020: Successfully com- plete the written CIT Recertification Exam, offered at any regional training program location. 2020 Regional Training Program locations are listed in this issue of RINK and online at usicerinks.com/ education. Online self-study materials will be available to individuals that register to take the CIT Recertification exam.
