enabled IDB to automate their complex book of
business and put themselves in a position to benefit
from standard software enhancements over time.
We set to work replacing IDB's back-office system,
including numerous interfaces to upstream
and downstream systems. In the process, we
converted over 20 years of complex loan data. In
the end, we completed the whole project in just 22
months, delivering the core financial solution and
a dimensional data warehouse to feed their EDW
platform for loan reporting.
None of this would have been possible without
the strong relationship between both companies.
All members were highly committed and worked
seamlessly as one team throughout, despite the
challenges they faced.
IDB soon began to see benefits from the new
system. There was a significant uptick in the
number of transactions processed automatically,
and an increased flexibility to meet new lending
demands. Meanwhile, we continue to work with
IDB, automating additional business processes and
contributing to complementary projects within the
bank.
