Take the time to map it out on paper or with a virtual tool, and get insight from other team members about what you've included. You can easily transfer the information in your employee journey map to a more typical communication plan, if you'd like to share that data in that format. Don't forget to schedule reminders about key dates and actions into your employee journey. Telling them once is good, reminding them a second time is even better. SHARE WORKS
