Steve was ap- pointed by U.S. Figure Skating to the original Board of Directors in 2000 and was a member of our Executive Committee from 2003 to 2020. During his tenure as President, our organization changed our governance structure to better benefit our members, developed and implemented our first four-year strategic plan, re- branded (from STAR to U.S. Ice Rink Association) and expanded our Regional Training Program offerings for our members. CIT Class of 2015 — Recertification Deadline Extended to 2021 Individuals that completed their CIT's in 2015 have been given an additional year to complete their CIT recertification exam. Individuals that com- pleted their CIT in 2016 are still expected to recertify in 2021.
