Legal Q3 Overview Ireland: Dublin moves to Level 3, temporary extension of immigration permissions (Source: DLA Piper) On Friday evening, 18 September, the Government announced that Dublin would be placed on level 3 of the Framework for Restrictive measures until Friday, 9 October, at which point the situation will be reviewed. As a result, until 9 October, everyone in Dublin must work from home unless absolutely necessary to attend the workplace in person. As from September 1, all employees in France must either comply with the health conditions or telework. For this purpose, a business crisis situation is the drop of at least 40% in invoicing, in the calendar month prior to the application to the Social Security agency with reference to the same month of last year or with reference to the average of the 2 months prior to that month.
