4finance is one of Europe's largest digital consumer lending groups. As with much of the financial industry, 4finance's HR processes and systems were basic. Learning was only taking place via external training with minimal content available, and administration tasks became a burden for the HR team. Each office used different methods of processing information, making global reporting challenging.
