China's economy is recovering with 3

quarter
YOY GDP growth of 4.9%. The IMF has forecast
China's full year growth to be 1.9% – the only
major economy with a positive growth forecast.
The government aims to add over 9 million urban
jobs during 2020 and maintain the urban
unemployment rate at around 6%.
The number of medical device manufacturers
has increased by 40% year on year to August.

As of September, the Government, public
institutions and State-Owned enterprises have
created more than 700K graduate jobs than last
year taking the total number to 2.8 million.
China Institute for Employment Research(CIER)
Index showed that the job market supply to
demand ratio in China was 1.89 in Q3 compared
with 1.35 in Q2. The Eastern areas of China
have better employment conditions than Central
and Western regions.
