An employment subsidy scheme is being
introduced with the Government paying up to
50% of 260,000 graduate salaries for a year.
Conditions will be placed on private sector
employers who wish to take part in the scheme.

tourism. Borders are not expected to open for
tourists until at least 2021. It is thought that
approximately 2 million jobs were lost due to the
fall in tourism.
Recent protests in Thailand are further expected
to erode consumer confidence.

fewer job vacancies when compared with last
