Financial Services Rapidly Changing Industry A global financial institution with over 75,000 employees operated in a hyper-competitive sector that was rapidly changing as financial services became more digital, more automated and more global. The client's strategies in response to these trends would have a widespread impact on internal talent resources, employee engagement and employer brand. The client sought to hire candidates to fill more technical positions while also eliminating some existing positions. They wanted to ensure impacted employees were respected and looked for a process that would protect the company brand both internally and externally. The client also recognized that they were recruiting externally for a large number of new positions when they could be targeting existing talent in other parts of the company. Results include: • In recent years, an average of 400 employees per year have been supported by Right Management in their internal job search with approximately 50% of participating employees securing new roles inside the organization. • The Right Management team has achieved a 91% client satisfaction rating for its consulting support and responsiveness.
