Anna Trevelyan
Labelled one to watch by the Independent in 2010,
alternative London-based stylist Anna Trevelyan
is inspired by the cosmos and started her career
as assistant to the mighty Nicola Formichetti, created genius behind Haus of Gaga (thats right, the
man responsible for that meat dress)
So its no wonder Trevelyan's unconventional start to her career would skyrocket her to fashion's surreal extremes. A selfconfessed club kid, she is a noticeable figure (her startling hair
colour changes from one week to the next) and she lives in the
eccentric style she creates for photo shoots. But its the way
Trevelyan translates that style- into totally sellable fashion pictures- that is making her a rising success. At 27, she is in high demand by publications ranging from Dazed&Confused to Nylon
Japan. (Hugely influenced by Japanese style, Trevelyan is the
fashion editor her own magazine, Untitled, based in Tokyo.) Her
trademark blend of futurism, club wear and brash colours have
earned her cutting-edge jobs like fetish magazine Sang Bleu,
where she collaborated with erotic photographer Ellen
