Top 20 Jobs Available traditionally represented less than 20% of all Hiring Demand, but in
February represented ~50% of Jobs and now 63% as employers focus on hiring needs vs.
wants. General increase of 38% in demand for IT skills is seen in increased ranking of
Software Applications Developers, Network Admins and IT Project Managers.
