workers, an emergency ordinance has been implemented to
oblige employers to provide adequate lodgings that meet the
minimum standard for worker accommodation.

documentation. Malaysia is also enabling non-documented
migrants to work in labor intensive industries including the palm
oil sector which usually hires foreign workers.
