Employer Concentration in US Mirrors Global Growth
Top employers of high-volume, low skill labor have increased time to fill through process simplification, reduced requirements,
and reduced screenings to 3-5 days.
Other Blue Collar roles are taking nearly twice as long to fill with three times the applicants, as a result of reduced candidate
submissions and higher drop-out rates because of limited candidate supply and competition from high volume employers.
Professional roles have increased hiring cycles by an average of 6-9 days due to low unemployment and candidate leverage
for higher wages and remote work considerations.
US
