Clean if necessary. o Radiant panels , Vacuum panel surface, and clean with damp cloth and mild detergent as required. Remove cover and vacuum out the fins. o Contact certified service firm to test and service back flow preventors. File the service report. o Hot water heaters, both gas-fired and electric. , Flush water tank until sediment is gone. , Check safety relief valve. Ensure it opens and reseals by pulling up on the lever. , Inspect burner and clean (gas-fired only). , Inspect draft hood, check for corrosion(gas-fired only). o Ice melt pit and sump pump , Check operation of control float switches. , Check operation of high liquid level alarm. , Clean sump pit and intakes. o Refrigerant Leak Detector , Arrange for an annual calibration and testing of system.
