System Health Audits The PAS Applications incorporate a robust suite of collection and import tools that can span multiple servers. Periodic checks to confirm the status and health of the application, connections and collection tools are beneficial to proactively identify potential system performance issues and non-optimal system settings. Sites current on maintenance may request periodic system health checks. A PAS Support Analyst will assist in scheduling a remote session to review: • Server health and system resources • Application error logs • Import schedules A report with findings and recommendations is provided, and an action plan is generated to schedule adjustments and close performance gaps.
