SMART LIGHT POLE
The smart light pole is an integral part of a Smart City strategy.

The pole fits in with public access points to deliver connectivity to other city applications
such as video/roads monitoring services. This enables smart intersections as well as
high-speed connectivity for consumers.

The Smart Light Pole has two components: a LoRaWAN® subsystem for the battery
powered sensors, and a Wi-Fi subsystem to serve the higher throughputs for demanding
city applications.

The Smart light pole is not only used for lighting, but it's real estate is used to fit more sensors
and devices to help cities understand their levels of noise, pollution and to engage in motion
sensors (to optimize lighting) and panic buttons to enable real-time engagements and alerts.
