As a global technology, the importance of the TC's work to develop regional parameters
cannot be understated. The LoRaWAN Regional Parameters RP002-1.0.0 was officially
released November 1, 2019, covering:
• Summary of worldwide support and channel plan assignment
• Universal support for LoRaWAN
®
Layer 2 Specifications (both 1.0.x and 1.1.x revision tracks)
• Extensive clarifications (aligned with LoRaWAN TS001-1.0.4)
• CN470-510 was rewritten for current China regulatory considerations
