3. Employee Experience – Talent scarcity, remote work and coming out of (still in?) a global
pandemic, has accelerated a trend that was already on the rise prior to March 2020.
Organizations need to move beyond the status quo when it comes to the employee experience
for the entire workforce, in order to remain competitive and a desirable place to work. A "one size
fits all" option may not be what's best and offering a variety of options depending on what is
valuable to a particular worker could prove to be what's needed to enhance the experience.
